Practical, crunchy, spicy, the Stadtjägerli is the perfect accompaniment for on the go or as a snack for in between. Classically seasoned like the Stadtjäger Original, but without grappa and therefore a little milder in taste.
The meat comes exclusively from our own pigs from the Waidhof, which Markus Götsch has been raising for us for over 10 years. They have three times more space than the organic regulations require and are fed, among other things, with the spent grains from our friends at the Oerlikon brewery.Country of production: Switzerland
