General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
The following GTC apply to all orders placed via our online store. Our online store is aimed exclusively at consumers.
Consumers are persons who purchase goods or services for purposes that are not related to their commercial or professional activity.
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with Stash AG.
By placing the products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English, French.
We store the text of the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.
4. Delivery conditions
Shipping costs will be added to the indicated product prices. You can find out more about the amount of the shipping costs at the offers.
Only delivery addresses within Switzerland are supplied.
We deliver only by mail order. A self-collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. Payment
In our store you can basically use the following payment methods:
Credit card
With the submission of the order you provide your credit card details. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged.
Twint & PayPal
In the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Twint/PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via Twint/PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After submitting the order in the store, we request Twint/PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by Twint/PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further instructions during the order process. Payment by PayPal is not possible for products from our tobacco range.
Invoice Payment
The payment option Invoice (including payment in installments) is operated by CembraPay AG. The T&C and the Data Privacy Policy of CembraPay AG apply. Costs in the event of late payment: processing fee (at the earliest after two written reminders after the invoice date, in the event of handover to a collection service provider) in accordance with www.fairpay.ch.
6. Warranty and guarantees
The statutory warranty law applies. Information on any additional warranties and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online store.

6.1 Electronics
A 30-day right of return applies to articles in the electronics range. However, this only applies to unopened products. In the event of a product return, compensation will be made by means of a refund.
Contact us in this case and in case of warranty via chat or e-mail at contact@stash.ch! You will receive a free return label by e-mail so that you can return the product free of charge. In principle, there is no right to a refund, but the affected item will be replaced.
7. Liability
For claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we shall always be liable without limitation
• in case of injury to life, body or health
• in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
• in the case of warranty promises, if agreed, or
• insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is a prerequisite for the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on our part, on the part of our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the amount of liability shall be limited to the damage foreseeable at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
8. Referral Program
Every STASH customer can recommend friends. You are entitled to a bonus if you have recruited a new customer and this customer places an order with STASH. The referred customer must achieve a purchase value of CHF 30 and redeem the voucher in the amount of CHF 10 from the referring customer. A bonus of CHF 10 is immediately credited to the customer account of the referring customer, provided that the previously described requirements are met. The bonus can be redeemed by the customer at any time when placing an order. A minimum payment of CHF 1 is required. It is not possible to pass on the bonus amount. A cash payment of the bonus amount is also excluded.
9. Data protection
The Customer hereby agrees that STASH is permitted to use the personal information provided by the customer. The data protection declaration forms the basis for the corresponding use of the personal information and is an integral part of these GTC.
