On the palate immense charm, again with great openness, soft and fresh, the present dark fruit, gentle tannins, inner lively depth, fresh undergrowth, slate and peat. So uncomplicated, so warm, so fulfilling - a wonderful wine.
Harvested by hand. Grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Short maceration of 6 to 10 days. Ageing in 7000 litre French oak barrels for 12 months.
Grape varieties: Garnacha Negra, Carignan, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Garnacha Blanca, Viognier.
