We only deliver alcoholic beverages and tobacco products to persons of legal age!

Of course, STASH also strictly adheres to the legal requirements in this area: if a delivery contains alcoholic beverages and/or tobacco products, the driver may only hand over the delivery to a person of legal age (regardless of who ordered it). Deposit is excluded in this case.

Checking a photo ID

If the driver cannot determine the age beyond doubt or is in doubt about it, he/she may ask for a photo ID. 

Return and Refund

If you are unable to provide proof of age, the driver is obliged to remove the age-restricted products from the delivery and take them back. The purchase price for these items would of course be refunded to you in such a case.
