Rum from Panama, vermouth from France, orange liqueur and a shot of homemade grenadine make this cocktail classic. The more than one month storage in the rather mild cherry barrel gives the drink scope to mature. The result is a wonderfully balanced and still strong cocktail. As an all-rounder, it can be enjoyed before, during or after a meal. We recommend chilling this drink in a mixing glass and serving it without ice. With an orange zest you can add an additional refreshing note to the cocktail.
