KNORR Stocki 4 portions contain 4 times the best quality Swiss potatoes. Perfectly flavoured and prepared in no time at all - that's how fine mashed potatoes are. Follow the cooking instructions carefully: to prepare for 4 portions (1 sachet), you need to bring 5 dl of water to the boil with 1 level coffee spoon of salt and 20 g of margarine or butter, remove the pan from the heat and pour in 3 dl of cold milk. Then pour the entire contents of the bag into the pan in a pour and press in with the cooking ladle until all the flakes are covered with liquid. Leave the STOCKI mashed potatoes in the pan for about 1/2 minute. Stir briefly and gently with the cooking ladle. Important: STOCKI mashed potatoes must never be whipped; this is the only way to keep it wonderfully airy. Tip: STOCKI becomes even creamier if you use 250 ml Rama Cremefine and 5.5 dl instead of 5 dl water instead of milk and butter.
