Things to know
- The cheese! In our assortment we have three different gourmet varieties. Choose between Nature, Pepper or Truffle.
- Calculate with 200g to 250g cheese per person.
- Think about the right side dishes. Make sure that there is something for every taste.
- Never forget the seasoning! The choice here can be varied.
- A raclette dinner without wine - let it be!
- And now our extra tip against cheese smell. Airing is one thing. Put up an orange spiked with cloves. After a while the smell in the room will neutralize.
Recipe suggestion for 3 people
Cheese: 2 packages Gourmet Raclette Nature
Side dish: Potatoes, onions, garlic, tomatoes, silver onions, pickles and to make it hearty choose the right meat.
Spices: Pepper & Aromat
Wine: We recommend a white wine. With our top seller Helle Freude or the Sauvignion Blanc Venezia Giulia you can't go wrong. If it should become a red wine, you are always right with Amona Tempranillo . 😊
