CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FOR THE GURTENFESTIVAL COMPETITION

By participating in the competition, the participant unconditionally accepts the conditions of participation.  

ORGANIZER

The promotion is organized by Coca-Cola HBC Schweiz AG, Stationsstrasse 33, 8306 Brüttisellen, Switzerland, in cooperation with Stash AG. 

PROMOTION PERIOD

The competition will take place in the period from 21.06.2022 to 07.07.2022. Participation before or after the promotion period is not possible. 

WIN

The following prizes will be raffled among all participants: 

 3x2 tickets from the Gurtenfestival in Bern (4-day pass / 13-16 July). 

If it turns out afterwards that a person has won more than once, the claim to the second and all following prizes will be forfeited. In this case the organizer will raffle the prizes. The winners will be notified exclusively by e-mail via the e-mail address provided by the participant. 

The prize will then be sent to the address provided. Dispatch is only possible within Switzerland. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash or transferred. The legal process is excluded. 

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Participation is via the website stash.ch. Conditions for participation: 

- Only natural persons are eligible to participate. 

- Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of the draw. 

- Only persons who are legally resident in Switzerland are eligible to participate. 

Employees of the organizer, other Coca-Cola organizations, the partner, participating agencies, their spouses and family members living in the same household are excluded from participation. 

DATA PROTECTION

The personal data collected ("personal data") can be seen in the input mask of the shopping cart. This includes name, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth. 

The personal data is used to process the promotion. The data will not be used for advertising purposes and will only be shared for the purpose of sending the prizes.

The data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the implementation and processing of the competition and will then be deleted by the organizer. Legal storage obligations or important interests are reserved. 

Participants may at any time request information about their stored personal data, request a change or correction or request deletion. They can revoke their consent at any time.  A revocation before the prize is determined or sent will result in the revoking participant no longer being able to participate in the competition and losing the right to the prize. LIABILITY

The organizer disclaims any liability for damages to the extent permitted by law. Furthermore, any warranty is excluded. 

EXCLUSION OF PARTICIPATION

The Promoter reserves the right to exclude participants, to withdraw or reclaim any prizes already awarded and to appoint substitute winners in the event of suspected manipulation of the chances of winning or in the event of other justified concerns. The same applies with regard to participants who do not meet the requirements for participation. The organizer is entitled to make adjustments to the competition mode at any time and to suspend or cancel the competition if there are important reasons for doing so. Final provisions To the extent permitted by law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be at the registered office of the organizer. Swiss law shall apply.
