Delicious satay skewers with peanut sauce for 3-4 people.
Ingredients from the bundle:
300 g chicken
1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
250 ml coconut milk
150 g peanut butter
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 lime

- Cut the meat into thin, long strips. Peel a piece of ginger about 2 cm in size, grate finely and mix with 100 ml coconut milk, soy sauce and a little salt and pepper to make a marinade.
- Cover and marinate the meat strips in the marinade in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- For the sauce, peel and finely grate the remaining ginger. Mix the peanut butter and ginger. Add 150 ml coconut milk and bring to the boil. Reduce over a low heat until creamy and season the peanut sauce with the juice of a lime and salt.
- Thread the chicken in waves onto the wooden skewers and cook on the grill or in a pan for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Serve the hot chicken skewers with the peanut sauce and enjoy.
