Simple pumpkin soup for two.

1 butternut squash
1 sweet potato
1 onion
250 ml cream
50 g butter
1 packet of vegetable stock

Certainly in your kitchen:
Salt & pepper
- Peel and roughly chop the butternut squash and sweet potato.
- Roughly chop the onions and sauté in the melted butter in a pan.
- Deglaze with 1 liter of vegetable stock, add the pumpkin and sweet potato and simmer over a medium heat for 30 minutes.
- Puree with a hand blender and refine with cream.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
