Simple nasi goreng for four.
Ingredients from the bundle:
400 g basmati rice
1 shallot
2 tbsp tomato puree
300 g thai vegetable mix
3 tbsp soy sauce
400 g basmati rice

- First prepare the basmati rice according to the instructions on the packet.
- Peel and chop a shallot and fry in a pan with 2 tbsp tomato puree.
- Add the vegetables and fry for 5 minutes.
- Deglaze with soy sauce and add the rice. Stir fry constantly.
- Season to taste and serve.
