Quick and easy muffins for any occasion. For 12 muffins.

- Line a muffin tin with paper cases and preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.
- Pour the baking mixture into a bowl and add the softened margarine, egg and milk. Stir the mixture until a smooth batter forms. Mix half of the chocolate chips from the baking mix into the batter and spread evenly into the paper cases.
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top of the muffins.
- Bake in the center of the oven for 20 minutes. Leave the muffins to cool and enjoy.
