Creamy mushroom Fusilli

Autumn pasta recipe for four people.
Ingredients from the bundle:
300 g fusilli
250 g mushrooms
250 ml cream
1 onion

Certainly in your kitchen:
1 tbsp sunflower oil
Salt & pepper

- Cook the fusilli in salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente.
- For the sauce, heat the oil in a pan and sauté the finely chopped onion for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Then add the mushrooms to the pan and fry for a further 5 minutes over a medium heat.
- Deglaze the mushrooms with the cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the fusilli into the sauce and serve.
