Juicy cinnamon buns for that Christmas feeling. Recipe for 12 cinnamon buns.
Ingredients from the bundle:
270 ml milk
500 g flour
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 sachet of yeast
1 tbsp cinnamon

Certainly in your kitchen:
160 g butter
120 g sugar

- Heat the milk with 60 g butter in a pan until the butter has melted. Mix the flour, yeast, vanilla sugar and 50 g sugar in a bowl. Add the lukewarm milk and knead into a smooth dough for 5 minutes using the dough hook or your hands. Cover the dough and leave to rest in a warm place for 45 minutes.
- After the resting time, roll out the dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured work surface. For the filling, beat 100 g butter, add 70 g sugar and 1 tbsp cinnamon and mix together. Spread the mixture onto the rectangular dough. Roll up the entire dough from the longer side.
- Using a sharp knife, cut 12 slices from the dough roll and place in a greased baking dish. Cover again and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Bake the cinnamon buns for approx. 25 minutes.
- Leave the cinnamon buns to cool and serve.
