Typical Swiss cheese fondue for a cozy evening for three.
Ingredients from the bundle:
800 g fondue
400 g bread
300 g potatoes
150 g mushrooms

- Cut the mushrooms into coarse pieces and fry them in a pan.
- Peel the potatoes and cook them in boiling water for 20 minutes.
- Cut the bread into bite-sized pieces.
- Pour the contents of the Gerber Fondue Bag into a caquelon and bring to the boil on the stove over high heat, stirring continuously.
- Place the caquelon on a chafing dish and continue to boil gently.
- Serve with bread, mushrooms and potatoes and enjoy.
